When you see someone carrying around an official looking briefcase, you likely suppose he or she is a lawyer or a businessperson, perhaps on the way to an important meeting. On the other hand, as seen in the video below, that individual could just be toting around a retro gaming system in disguise.

The project — outlined on Imgur — starts out with “pattopatto” receiving a Raspberry Pi from his amazing girlfriend. His original idea was to create a rather common arcade table, but instead decided to stuff all of the necessary gaming components, including the Pi running RetroPie, into a briefcase.

The Brief Cade is a bit top heavy in stand up mode, so it requires something to lean on for support. ( 📷: pattopatto)

The resulting build can be used in both a flat cocktail table mode and a stand up mode with the monitor at a slight vertical angle, or even as an actual laptop, placing a keyboard below the upright screen.
