When you heat something up in a microwave, you’ve got a minute or two to kill. Sure, you could do something useful, like put a few dishes away, or even expand your mind on Hackster.io, but let’s be honest, you’re just going to stare at it.

YouTuber Colin Furze, per a viewer’s suggestion, decided to do something about this wasted time, and built a TV into his microwave. Although he had to widen the door, besides a few ports in the front, the aptly named “PLAY-O-WAVE” looks and functions just like this kind of cooking device should.

Simply plug your console into the phono sockets, switch it on, and voila, you’re ready to start playing! You can see Furze demonstrate it in the video seen below, playing a rousing game of “Bicycle” while it prepares an onion and peanut butter snack.
