A team of South Korean high school students have developed a rig that lets them play Overwatch in VR, without ever laying a finger on a traditional controller.

Their setup — which resembles the Virtuix Omni treadmill — allows them to move in multiple directions by leaning whichever way they want to go, fire and reload their weapon using a custom toy gun, and smack things in the face by punching the air.

According to Akshon Esports, the system consists of a Samsung Gear VR headset, a smartphone, an IMB sensor, some Arduino boards, a button, a ball bearing, a PC, a motion detection device, and a copy of Overwatch.

Although there’s some obvious input lag, it’s an impressive build nevertheless. You can see it in action below!
