There is a huge rise in the amount of water being used to maintain golf courses especially in areas where a section of society is void of water even for general and daily purposes!!
So, This project is aimed to control the amount of water used in maintaining these turfs by allowing the soil moisture sensors to take command of the irrigation motors such that when the soil moisture is below 15% only then it starts the motor and ceases to work when the moisture is 25%. This prevents to switch on such motors for whole day or regularly in a span of two hours as that is unnecessary.
