For this experience you need :

Programming Arduino :
When you download Arduino IDE ( on someone website it's free, do not go on official website of Arduino.cc, it's paying ) on you desk, open it.
In front of you, you have the interface, with few buttons.
Do an copied/pasted of the code ( he is located a little lower, but be careful, there is 2 code , one for the LED blinking and one for the light continuously of the DEL ) that you want on the text area on the Arduino interface.
After Connect your Arduino Card to an USB port on your computer ( used the blue driver to connect the Arduino to the USB port ).
When, click on " Tools " on Arduino interface, click on "type of card ".
Now if you have took a Arduino uno card for this experience, make sure it says " type of card : " Arduino / Genuino Uno "".
If you have took an other type of card, select your type of card.
Exemple : If you buy an Arduino nano, make sure it says " type of card : "Arduino nano ""
After Click on the button which check the code ( yes I'm beautiful in paint XD ).
And finally click on the button "Upload" to …. Upload the code in the Arduino Card.
If it's doesn't work, make sure you Don't modified the code and copied/pasted an other time.
