After building 4 prototypes, 2 of which walked, I decided to build a Strandbeest out of polycarbonate. In the first video you can see the basic assembly process, and in the second video I get it to a point where it actually walks. The third video adds lighting, a head, tail, and full Bluetooth control via a smartphone!
