I always had an interest in robotics since I was a child, so when I saw that there was both a year long robotics course and a makers lab, I wanted to combine the two. The chasis is based off a 3d model that was created in makers lab and the coding, which comes from the robotics course. My goal is to make pre-determined routes to and from a point A and B using a route planning program, then it will then travel until it reaches the point b, it will then approach the object, determining the distance through an infrared sensor and the universal gripper.
