this project is made to allow people to communicate via wifi in real-time. in other words you can message somebody, and the recipient can see you type each letter and word as you do so. it works by using 2 wifi enabled boards that are compatible with the arduino ide. each computer has a board connected to it, the arduino software running with the serial monitor on, and a program named PuTTY installed and running. once that setup is finished and the two boards have the correct code uploaded to them, look for an ip address displayed on the serial monitor of one of the boards type it into the opposite computers PuTTY application where it asks for it and vice versa. And for both computers' PuTTY application change the connection type to telnet. Once that's finished, press open for both PCs and it should say "hello client" or "we have a new client" on all of the serial monitors and PuTTY applications. Now anything you type on one PC's PuTTY application will display in real-time on the opposite PC's serial monitor.
