Chibitronics' Circuit Stickers are a great way for non-tech people to get into building their own circuits. A small kit gives you plenty of room to explore. This V-Day, I tried them for the first time, with a couple of pretty cards.
First, I used the included copper tape to build a basic LED throwie circuit: a 3V coin battery, an LED, and that's it! The LED stickers have built-in resistors to keep your circuits happy.
Next, I tried the "heartbeat" effect sticker, which added a pretty pulse to this card. There's a break in the copper tape, between the heartbeat sticker's (+) and pointer pads. The (-) pad sits on top of the tape.
