My projects provide solutions to transportation, energy and shipping problems or use cases. The first project consist of an app and a solution for detecting the face of a rider of a driverless car or bus. The second solution is virtual reality system for image recognition and remote monitoring of unmanned cargo ships from a command control center.
Color Detector using Arduino & Unity 3D
This is build using tcs 3200 color sensor. Using this sensor we can detect colors. So we connect the Arduino model with Unity 3d software and demonstrates the color real time. It's possible to develop a good looking various models enabled demonstrator software. Also it can be developed as mobile app so we can communicate using Bluetooth or WiFi. This project has wide range of applications, such as apparel industry and many more. The point is when we have correct light we can have the exact RGB value. So it helps to identify the color more accurately.
The main purpose of face detection as well as fingerprint sensor to get the missing people in a vast country like India.
Cognitive autonomous IoT Water Meter
Imagine you could administer remotely your water utility service in real time, turning on or off your water services according to your usage patterns or needs, and not just letting the water flow in all the time, you could prevent taps for leaking a single drop per one faucet per one home leaking wastes 34 galons of water per year multiply that for 10,00 homes that 347,159 GALONS a YEAR and a running toilet? A "running" toilet can waste two gallons of water per minute. A silent leak in a toilet can waste up to 7,000 gallons of water per month!!! now imagine if you could also derive water pattern usage in time, now imagine you could do the same for all the water meters in your neighborhood, in your block in your city... unfortunately although IoT enables us to do the administration part ITS humanly impossible for a person or group of persons to monitor and correlate all the data to make it meaningful, it would take an army of people to look at the data alone to make something out of it, this is where Machine Learning and AI come in handy, its this precise BIG data analysis what they do best.

Mobile Robot Tele-Operation with Data Acquisition
The design of tele-mobile robot with on-board multi sensors that can be controlled and monitored efficiently.
Orientron is an e-paper based interactive device which displays the relevant information from your favorite apps. This ultra low power button-less device can be rotated 90 degrees to switch to one of the 4 subscribed apps. Users can select these 4 favorite apps from the phone. For the demo purposes, the device now has four applications: cricket score, stock updates, weather updates, and horoscope. The vision is to build orientron APIs through which any user can subscribe to four services (each for a different orientation) from a list of many services, such as Facebook, cricket score, Twitter, Amazon shipping status. weather update, horoscope etc.
The idea is to decouple the temptations like Facebook, ESPN and Twitter from the laptop so that people can access the same information without changing the tabs on their laptops.
Automated Windows in Home
These windows can sense the rain and close automatically. Not only rain but also various factors like strong wind, dust etc.This is a great idea in home automation. The window will filter the air and can be connected to air conditioning remote , so one touch open and close command. In India we do receive a lot of wind and dust, rain too , in other countries also the situation is not much different. So this will be a great work I can do with some boards.

IoT Rowing Device
The fitness industry is seeing a rise in the use of technology such as wearables and smart devices. In a report by Strategy Analytics, wearable shipments reached 22 million units in the first three months of 2017, up from 18.2 million in the same period from 2016. With such a demand for fitness technology, it follows that there can be further development in the field of fitness technology using the Intel Edison Board.
For example, there are rowing machines in certain gyms that simulate rowing but do not provide much feedback. Using an IoT device with sensors, you can send more information such as speed, resistance, and intensity of rowing to a mobile application.
The smart rowing device is a rowing machine connected to an Intel Edison board with sensors. It sends data from the device to a mobile application using a service in the cloud. The user gets real-time data in a visually appealing manner through an informative dashboard. With this feedback cycle, the user can row safely and efficiently.
With the growing trend of obesity, I believe that technology can play a vital role in providing users with valuable information to help them perform at their peak without injuring themselves.
Intel Timelapse and Cam Monitor
Intel Timelapse and Cam Monitor (ITCM)
Intel Timelapse and Cam Monitor is a camera module attached to Intel Edison Board. ITCM can take timelapse and motion detection images/videos for security purposes.
The newly built application will take Long exposure Night (lowlight) images for Time Lapse and/or Motion. Has smooth twilight transitions based on a threshold light setting, so a real time clock is not required. Customization settings are saved in a conf files.
The platform is primarily designed for headless operation and includes sync script that can securely synchronize files with a users portable drive or to cloud. This works well for remote security cameras. Camera config settings can be administered remotely from cloud.
A typical household consumes more electricity for heating and cooling purposes than any other single use and the refrigerator is often the most power hungry appliance of all. According to the second law of thermodynamics, for all of the heat removed from the interior of the fridge to keep it's contents cool, a greater amount is added outside where it's released and distributed throughout the room. It's not difficult to imagine a better use for this heat in a household that features such appliances as ovens, cloths dryers, and water heaters. The challenge come in transferring heat between locations and customers not yet ready for large, expensive, multipurpose appliances.
Our team decided to address this challenge on a smaller scale placing a thermoelectric cooling plate inside of a lunch box or cooler to simultaneously heat and cool the contents. Further, since a user generally doesn't care about the temperature of the food until they are about to consume it, the timing of the heating and cooling can be controlled and adjusted to so that it is only active when needed.
The thermoelectric lunchbox is a network connected insulated food container, such as a lunchbox or cooler, with the interior divided into two sections by a thermoelectric cooling module such that when powered, one side of the container is heated while the other is cooled. The container connects to a mobile app through bluetooth allowing the user to manage the container's power consumption and timing of the hearter/cooler so that it's contents reach the ideal temperatures immediately before consumption.
The entire module is them placed inside an insulated cooler or lunchbox such that is forms two separate sealed compartments. The module com be powered by a rechargable battery and if needed feature a fan on each side for circulating air within each compartment.
IoT DigiSwitch Board
IoT controllable Digital Switch Board, where each Machanical switches are converted into Digital switches and indicators, which will solve a great barier in IoT Home Automation.

Suicide Prevention Gun Safe Locking System
Our team is designing a safer gun safe with respect to suicide prevention. Our solution consists of equipping a gun safe with a secondary magnetic lock connected to the cloud, using an Arduino as a controller, and a having a web app interface. The reason for this is to prevent access to firearms without human interaction in the hopes of preventing suicide.
The system would use a magnetic lock manipulated by an app. Each person allowed in the household to use the firearms would have an account. When they were in need of the firearm they would use the app to request to all authorized app members to open the safe remotely. Those that are registered as authorized within the app will receive notice of who is requesting access. Access to the fire arms is granted by any one of the authorized users pushing the "unlock button" that only appears with and when a request is sent. Once opened an alert is sent to all authorized users that the safe has been opened and the original request will no longer have an option to unlock the safe. If there is an emergency and a firearm is needed for protection an "Emergency Off" button will be accessible but a notice is sent to all app members under that safes account.
