This application showcases a means to walk to Sproul Plaza, be notified by the Toq Watch through GPS connections, and then draw/contribute to the Free Speech Movement. Random notifications will pop up on Sproul Plaza asking the user to draw a specific image or drawing. All images are uploaded to Flickr where a poster will be created encapsulating all the drawings done by the FSM applications. It is a form of protest using new wearable technology, specifically the Toq Watch. It is a quick and efficient method of spreading the word about free speech. The video and .apk are listed below.
As soon as you upload an image to Flickr, a card will be added to your deck with a random image with the tag "cs160fsm". This is your present for contributing to the Free Speech Movement! Enjoy.
Note: To get this to function properly, first install the application. Then re-run the application to get the location to reset and find the new location. Currently the location is set to Kresge Engineering Library, but we can change the location to simply trigger at Sproul Plaza.
