My app starts with a screen that contains directions for inputting age, weight, and which planet your age and weight refer to. The age and weight have number inputs, while the planets are accessed via a drop down list. There is also a "Compute!" button on the screen to hit when you have filled in the information.
If a user hits "Compute!" without inputting any age or weight, a message pops up indicating that the calculation cannot continue forward.
The inputs to the age and weight use the number keypad, to ensure users can only place number values into the boxes.
The user then has 8 planets to choose from in a scrolling drop-down menu.
Upon hitting compute, the results are calculated and appear directly below the input age, weight, and planet. Additionally, a small pop-up appears for two seconds to indicate which planet the values were converted from.
Once the pop-up goes away, the results are clearly listed and the user can update the input values once again at the top or choose a different planet and hit "Compute!" again to see other conversions take place.
