The application that I have built for the Prog 2: Free Speech Watch has all the basic functionality as required by the instructions. While wearing the Toq Watch and being near a user's Android smart phone, a user can walk by Sproul Plaza and get a notification from their Toq Watch. The smartphone will check if the user is within 50m of Sproul Plaza every 5 seconds. When the user is notified by the watch, this notification tells the user to draw the text corresponding to one of the six main people involved in the Free Speech Movement (Mario Savio, Jack Weinberg, Joan Baez, Jackie Goldberg, Michael Rossman, Art Goldberg). First the user needs to use their Toq smartwatch and click on the card that corresponds to the correct individual that her or she received. Doing this will reveal a picture of the person involved in the FSM and instruction to draw something on the smart phone application. Then, the user can see that the FSM app on his smartphone is open with the drawing app open and he or she can draw what the message told them to draw. The user can use 4 different colors on the drawing app, and there is an eraser feature. Once they are done with their drawing, they can press the submit button and this will upload the drawing to Flickr with the tag "cs160fsm". Further, once this is done, the user will receive a random image from Flickr with the same tag and it will be under a new card on the watch. This image will be pulled from Flickr and has the tag of cs160fsm.
